The week ending 23 June 2023 was a busy time for real estate transactions in Dubai, with a summary of over 4,000 deals surpassing AED 15 billion. Among these transfers, 278 plots were sold for AED 1.74 billion, while 2,965 apartments and villas were sold for AED 7.34 billion. The most notable deals of the week were land plots, with Wadi Al Safa 3 selling for AED 89.23 million, Madinat Dubai Almelaheyah for AED 75 million, and Palm Jumeirah for AED 70 million.
Leading the activity was Al Hebiah Fifth, with 82 sales totaling AED 212.4 million, followed by Madinat Hind 4 with 31 sales worth AED 41.18 million, and Jabal Ali First with 27 sales worth AED 100 million. As for apartments and villas, the highest transfers were AED 252 million in Al Goze First, AED 100 million in Al Nahda First, and a similar AED 100 million apartment on Palm Jumeirah.
The week’s total mortgaged properties were valued at AED 5.61 billion, with the most expensive being a land plot in Al Kheeran mortgaged for AED 3 billion.
