The Armani Group has announced its partnership with Arada, a master developer based in the UAE, to create the Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah. The upcoming ultra-luxury residential units, common areas, and amenities will be designed by Tadao Ando, a Japanese Pritzker Prize winner. Situated on the outer crescent of the Palm Jumeirah, the project is positioned to provide guests with a lavish spatial experience that links each residence to the sea.
Armani Beach Residences, located in Palm Jumeirah, will offer a variety of homes, including a limited number of penthouses, accompanied by amenities. The sales for the residences are set to begin in the second half of this year, and the project is expected to conclude towards the end of 2026.
Giorgio Armani, Chairman and CEO of the Armani Group, expressed his satisfaction with renewing their partnership with Tadao Ando, who has been associated with the group since the design of Armani/Teatro in Milan in 2001. According to Ando, the Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah will be a unique place where residents and visitors can appreciate the fusion of art and architecture, reflecting the shared passions of Giorgio Armani and himself.Â

The building has been designed with a focus on creating a visual and experiential continuity between the interiors and the surrounding seascape. This is achieved by employing light and shadow to produce a dynamic sequence from arriving at the public areas to each impeccable residence.Â

Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, expressed his excitement at offering this exceptional residential opportunity that combines the renowned contemporary design aesthetic of Tadao Ando with the elegance and luxury for which the Armani lifestyle is celebrated on Palm Jumeirah, one of Dubai’s most sought-after islands, in the world’s fastest-growing high-end real estate market.
