Serenity Mansions, a luxury community in Tilal Al Ghaf, is designed by Nabil Gholam Architects and Blink for interior design. Desert INK, a multi-award-winning landscape architectural firm, will design the landscape. The first stage of construction will include 34 mansions, offering a range of luxury residences. The Luna design features 6-bedroom mansions with a living area of 12,050 sqft and Gaia or Atlas interior options. The Ayla and Ara designs offer 6-bedroom mansions with floor plan areas of 11,730 sq ft and 12,720 sqft, and exclusive interior designs called Artist’s House and Writer’s House. The development uses high-end materials to elevate luxury living.

Serenity Mansions allows homeowners to personalize their homes, with the basement floor in Luna mansions being transformed into a library, spa, or cinema, and the second floor as a gymnasium, roof lounge, or office. The Ayla and Ara mansions also have convertible configurations, with guest suites transforming into office or junior suites with family lounges. Each property comes with a maid’s room, driver’s room, and an internal lift. The outdoor swimming pool on the grounds provides a relaxing environment for residents to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
