Find a real estate agent that you trust

As one might know, the real estate industry in Dubai is a lot different as compared to other countries, it is critical that you work with a reputable real estate agent in Dubai that you can trust, who is also registered with the Dubai Real Estate Authority and Dubai Land Department. 

It is important as well that you work with an agent that you trust and one that you feel will be completely honest with you throughout the entire process of selling your property.   They will provide you with guidance and expertise regarding the real estate market in Dubai and advise you on the current value of the property as per the current market conditions. Make sure that the agent can give you statistics and   show you the prices of recently sold properties in the area.

Market your property effectively

Before you even start the process of selling your property, you need to be sure that it is in pristine condition. Because a professional photographer will be coming to take pictures of your property, and there is only so much a photo can do. So make sure your property will be as tidy as possible when photos are taken to use in selling your property.

Transfer of the Property

After the Sales Contract or the Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by both the Seller and the Buyer, the transfer of the title deed typically takes 30 days from the date of signing of the sales contract or MOU. The transfer of the property should always take place at a Trustee Office in Dubai.
