DIFC Developments

DIFC Developments is the development arm of Dubai International Financial Centre, the financial free zone that operates under its own legal and regulatory framework. Its project here is The Residences DIFC Zabeel District, scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2029. The appeal of the district is proximity: DIFC is the working address for much of Dubai’s finance and professional services sector, and residential stock inside it is limited relative to the daytime population, which is what supports rental demand.
