Modon

Modon is an Abu Dhabi-based developer and is the master developer behind the transformation of Hudayriyat Island, the leisure and residential island off the Abu Dhabi coastline. Its project listed here is Hudayriyat Golf Estates, with handover scheduled for the first quarter of 2030. Hudayriyat has been developed around sport and outdoor recreation before residential, which is unusual sequencing and means the beaches, cycling tracks and sports facilities are already operating rather than promised.
