Expo City Development

Expo City Development is the development arm of Expo City Dubai, the district built on the Expo 2020 site and retained as a permanent mixed-use community after the event closed. Its project here is Expo Valley Views, scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2029. Expo City is planned around walkability and sustainability targets rather than a conventional tower grid, and it sits close to Al Maktoum International Airport on the southern side of the city, which is the trade buyers make against distance from the established centre.
