Iman Developers is building Sierra in Motor City, the established community built around the Dubai Autodrome. Handover is scheduled for 2029. Motor City is largely complete rather than under construction, so the surrounding retail, schools and road layout are already in place and can be inspected before committing. The community draws families and longer-term tenants looking for apartment and townhouse space with a shorter commute than the outer Dubailand districts.
