Kora Properties is building IL Vento in Dubai Maritime City, the waterfront district on the peninsula between Port Rashid and Dubai Drydocks. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2029. Dubai Maritime City is a newer residential address than the surrounding areas and sits close to both Downtown Dubai and the Deira side of the creek, which gives it road access in two directions that most waterfront districts do not have.
