LMD is building The Collection at Taiyo in Wasl Gate, the mixed-use district on Sheikh Zayed Road near Jebel Ali developed around a retail and community core. Handover is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028. Wasl Gate sits directly on the main coastal highway with metro access nearby, which puts it within reach of both the Dubai Marina employment cluster and the Jebel Ali industrial and free zone areas where much of its tenant demand originates.
