Majid Al Futtaim

Majid Al Futtaim is a Dubai-headquartered group best known for Mall of the Emirates, the City Centre shopping centres and the Carrefour franchise across the region, and it develops and operates communities alongside its retail and leisure businesses. Two of its projects are listed here: Maravelle Residences at Tilal Al Ghaf and Ghaf Woods in Dubailand, with handovers in 2027 and 2029. Tilal Al Ghaf is a masterplanned community built around a swimmable lagoon, and Ghaf Woods is positioned as a forest-themed residential development.
