Major Developers is building Colibri Views in Al Hamra, the established waterfront and golf community in Ras Al Khaimah. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. Al Hamra is one of the more mature freehold communities in the northern emirates, with a marina, a golf course and completed residential stock already in place, which gives buyers a settled community to inspect rather than a masterplan on paper. Resale liquidity is lower than Dubai, so the intended holding period matters.
