Meraki Developers

Meraki Developers is building Haven 3 in Majan, a low-rise residential district on the Dubailand corridor between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Ain Road. Handover is scheduled for 2027, which is an earlier completion than much of what is currently selling in the area. Majan has developed as an apartment and townhouse district at pricing below the central communities, with Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure nearby.
