Ora Developers

Ora Developers was founded by the Egyptian businessman Naguib Sawiris and develops across several markets including Egypt, Greece and the UAE. Its project listed here is Bayn by Ora in Ghantoot, scheduled for handover in 2028. Ghantoot sits on the coastal stretch between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, which makes it an unusual position: closer to both capitals than most coastal land, but without the established community infrastructure of either, so buyers should be clear on what is committed in the masterplan and what is not.
