Peace Homes is building Sky Line in the Dubai Land Residences Complex, an apartment-led district inside the wider Dubailand development zone. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. The complex has absorbed a steady run of mid-market apartment launches, and pricing sits below the central and coastal communities. The trade for buyers is a longer drive into Downtown Dubai and the marina districts in exchange for a lower entry point and stronger yield on paper.
