Prescott is building The Caden by Prescott at Meydan Horizon, part of the Meydan district south of Downtown Dubai. Handover is scheduled for the third quarter of 2028. Meydan has drawn buyers who want a short commute into Downtown, Business Bay and DIFC without paying central tower pricing, with the racecourse, golf facilities and the Dubai Water Canal extension anchoring the wider district. Road access runs through Al Khail Road and Ras Al Khor Road.
