Takmeel Real Estate Developments is building Divine Al Barari in Majan, a low-rise residential district on the Dubailand corridor between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Ain Road. Handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028. Majan has grown as an apartment and townhouse area priced below the central communities, and it sits close to Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure, with Al Barari’s landscaped communities on the opposite side of the corridor.
