Dubai-based Samana Developers has officially launched its Waves-2 residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. With an investment of 200 million UAE dirhams ($55 million), this mid-luxury project is the second building in the 170-unit Waves twin tower complex. The first building, Waves-1, was launched in March 2022 with an investment of AED 165 million ($45 million).Â

The Waves-2 building is a 23-storey structure that covers an area of 263,636 square feet (sq. ft). It features private pools, a leisure deck, a health club, and retail spaces on the ground floor. The project is expected to be completed and handed over in the first quarter of 2026. Samana Developers’ CEO, Imran Farooq, expressed optimism about the booming Dubai real estate market, which is experiencing a historic rise due to regional and international events.
