In response to the growing demand for new hotel rooms, particularly in important markets like Dubai, the Dubai-based Emaar Hospitality Group announced on Monday that it would open eight new properties in the Middle East and North Africa region in 2023 and 2024. In the upcoming quarters, Address Jabal Omar Makkah, Vida Dubai Mall, Vida Creek Beach, Palace Dubai Creek Harbour, Address Marassi Beach Resort in Egypt, Vida Marina Resort & Yacht Club Marassi in Egypt, Vida Aljada, and Vida Residences Cairo Gate will all be added to the portfolio of this major player in the hospitality industry, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties.

In 2022, the rates will go up to 65 percent, and in 2023, they will further increase to 74 percent from the initial 60 percent in 2021. This growth can be attributed to the heightened demand for hospitality services in the region. The expansion plans of Emaar are closely aligned with this growing demand and aim to cater to both local and international tourists.
The spokesperson also stated that as a prominent figure in the industry, Emaar has an obligation to recognize its influence on the environment. To address this responsibility, they have put in place various initiatives across their hotels and resorts to promote sustainability. Furthermore, they prioritize sustainability when constructing new establishments. This approach is a crucial aspect of their future plans.
