Arada

Arada is a Sharjah-based developer formed as a joint venture between KBW Investments and Basma Group, and is the master developer behind two of the largest masterplans in Sharjah, Aljada and Masaar. Its work now extends into Dubai. Three Arada projects are listed here: Inaura Hotels & Residences in Downtown Dubai, W The Residences at Dubai Harbour, and a further phase of Masaar in Sharjah. Handovers run from 2028 to 2030. The mix reflects a developer working across branded residences and large masterplanned communities rather than a single product type.
