Calgary Properties LLC is building Flora Shore Beachside Residences on Dubai Islands, the Nakheel masterplan off the Deira coastline that is being developed as a beachfront and marina district. Handover is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028. Dubai Islands is one of the few places in the city where new beachfront apartment stock is still coming to market at scale, which is the main reason buyers look here rather than at the established coastal communities further south.
