Iquna Properties

Iquna Properties is building Avida Residences on Dubai Islands, the Nakheel masterplan being developed off the Deira coastline as a beachfront and marina district. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027, which places it among the earlier completions on the islands. New beachfront apartment supply at this scale is unusual in Dubai, and it is the main reason buyers weigh Dubai Islands against the established coastal communities further south.
