Manodev Development is building Arka Enclave on Dubai Islands, the Nakheel masterplan off the Deira coastline being developed as a beachfront and marina district. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. Dubai Islands is one of the few locations in the city still bringing new beachfront apartment supply to market at scale, and it prices below the established coastal communities on the opposite side of the creek.
