Nshama Group is the master developer behind Town Square Dubai, a large residential community on the Al Qudra Road corridor built around a central park and retail core. Its project listed here is Olbia, scheduled for handover in 2028. Town Square is aimed at the mid-market end of the Dubai family housing sector, with apartments and townhouses served by schools, parks and community retail inside the masterplan, and pricing that reflects its distance from the central districts.
